ADIRA Specialty Coffee is the result of a long and deeply personal journey with coffee — a journey that did not begin with expertise, but with pure curiosity.
My name is Stefan, and I did not grow up with coffee. It entered my life in my early twenties through the person who would later become my wife.
At the time, we were still students. She loved coffee sincerely and deeply, and I began preparing it for her — first to impress her, then to understand it, and eventually to learn to respect it. What started as a simple gesture gradually became a daily practice, and later evolved into a passion for quality, freshness, and craftsmanship.
ADIRA stands for strength, confidence, and consistency — values that define our approach to specialty coffee, from sourcing and roasting to preparation and service.
ADIRA was not born as a business idea. It emerged naturally — from years of shared moments, learning, exploration, and a commitment to doing things properly, with care and intention.
